U.S. Policy

We accept returns from U.S. customers only within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn and returned with the original tags.
• The item must include the clear garment packaging/SKU label.
• No exchanges are accepted.
• The following items are final sale and non-refundable: swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products.
• For dropshipping orders, customers must contact us directly to request a return. We will submit the return request through Trendsi, which handles the return logistics and refund process.
• Returns are subject to the applicable return requirements and approval.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale and non-refundable.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges from customers outside the United States.

By placing an international order, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• No returns are accepted.
• No exchanges are accepted.
• All international purchases are final sale.
